Credentials Matter

Christopher Fredo, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®, CASL®, CLF®
Founder, Private Wealth Advisor

You may have noticed the long list of designations after my name. I have always been a firm believer in education. My business degree provided a great base of information, however these specialized programs from The American College, the CFP board, and others provided more in depth training that helps me to better serve my clients and their varied financial challenges. These designations require ongoing continuing education to maintain them and this keeps me abreast of the latest techniques, strategies, tactics, and tax law changes that I can utilize in building financial plans and portfolios. Yes, that education requires time, energy, and effort. It is worth it to bring every resource I can muster to put to work on my client's behalf. That is the dedication I have to my client's best interests.

The CLU designation is one of the oldest and most respected credentials in financial services, dating back to the late 1920s. The program also stresses ethics, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge when delivering advice in the areas of life insurance, business planning, and estate planning.
